1. Eligibility of Beneficiary Companies
Beneficiary companies must be profit-oriented organizations operating in the production of goods and services for the market. Public companies may also access services, provided they have a profit-making activity. Non-profit organizations are not eligible. 2. Eligible Legal Entities
The following can access services:
- Micro, small, medium and large enterprises;
- Public administrations (for specific services, without State aid configuration).
The following CANNOT access services:
- Associations and other non-profit entities;
- Freelance professionals;
- Consortia
3. Services Offered and Access Methods
Available services include:
- Technical audit and technological maturity assessment;
- Pre-investment testing;
- Training;
- Financing access consulting.
The benefit consists of a reduction on invoice, calculated according to the aid intensity provided for each type of company.

The aid intensity varies according to company size and type of service. For example:
