1. Eligibility of Beneficiary Companies

Beneficiary companies must be profit-oriented organizations operating in the production of goods and services for the market. Public companies may also access services, provided they have a profit-making activity. Non-profit organizations are not eligible. The following can access services:

  • Micro, small, medium and large enterprises;
  • Public administrations (for specific services, without State aid configuration).

 

The following CANNOT access services:

  • Associations and other non-profit entities;
  • Freelance professionals;
  • Consortia

Available services include:

  • Technical audit and technological maturity assessment;
  • Pre-investment testing;
  • Training;
  • Financing access consulting.

The benefit consists of a reduction on invoice, calculated according to the aid intensity provided for each type of company.
